My Husband and I recently put down a deposit on a BBQ set at one of the Home Shows this company had a booth at. We were extremely cautious at first because we were looking for a new house and did not want to purchase a large ticket item beforehand. The Ripoff artist salesman assurred us that all deposits were 100% refundable and there was absolutely no risk to us. We ended up putting down over 1,400.00 to get the "good deal".
As it turns out, we purchased a townhome which did not have room for this giant BBQ set, but we thought we would be OK beacause we were told we could cancel for full refund. Well, we did cancel but Wrong on the refund! We have been calling to speak to the owner Keith and he will not come to the phone or respond to us in any way. We are completely out 1,400 dollars and I am livid.
I will be following up with the better business bureau and filing a complaint in court. I am not sure if this will accomplish anything, but it is worth a try. BEWARE!!! DO NOT do business with this company!!!
