Suburban Builders-Owners Bill Mallard/Jimmy Hester AND Prudential Realty For Selling A MONEY PIT!
Suburban Builders, Owners Bill Mallard, Jimmy Hester Irwin Jones Septic guy & Prudential Realty The Cou KIMBELL FARM SUBDIVISION BUYERS HENRY COUNTY GEORGIA, WATCH OUT! BUILDER & AGENT SOLD $ PIT AND A MAJOR Enviromental Health HAZARD!

We purchased a new home memorial day of 2001.

We have had sewage back up into our home several times. Tank emptied only after 8 motnths of living in this new home!

The builder first tried to blame the females that reside here.

Which by the way is 1 and does not dispose sanitary items in the commode!

Secondly he blamed the plumbers... About 5 times. Feb. 2002 we had to have the septic tank emptied (only 9 months after we bought this new home!) within 5 days the tank was full again! The builder still blamed the plumbers that piping was incorrect. (yeah right!)

The plumbers returned again, ran a camera down all lines and found all to be clear - just filled with water & sewage.

The septic folk dug at the end of the fill lines to find the sewage was not perking. They stabbed a pole deep into our yard, at that point all sewage ran out into our backyard.

We have been getting the run around from the builder, (he blames the county & states, "i didn't know any of this") the county inspectors and the septic tank installer... They all say one of the other folks involved is why no repairs have been done... More and more lies.

After several discrepancies from the builder, county inspectors & septic installer, my husband and i requested that the builder, bill marrard of suburban builders and irwing jones the septic installer, meet us at the enviromental health dept. At 1:00 P.M. On 5-3, we were very tired of all the conflicting stories we had been told over 11 months.

Of course we were the only ones on time! The septic guy irwin jones never showed and bill mallard of suburban builders showed at 1:25 P.M. (very bad customer service again!)

Upon arrival - we asked, "why the hold up on the repair permit?" (the builder stated the county would not issue a permit, they held the ball and he could do nothing without it...

Which i know the county tells the contractors what to do) when we met with the inspectors the septic installer, irwin jones asked why he could not just add more fill line for our septic system...

The response of the enviromental health inspectors stated,

"you cannot add more fill line to a failing system." 2 inspectors have been involved...

The 2nd inspector advised the builder to "cap off the malfunctioning septic, use straight pipe to bypass the old septic and advised builder to do a 100% replacement" and aloow the old system to dry up.

(both inspectors were present) this was exactly 7 days ago...

5 days after we met at the inspectors office, we called to inquire about a permit being pulled for our septic. The inspection office advised us no,

They had been waiting on the builder, the septic installer or us to come in and get permit... Needless to say -

We lost alot of faith in all... The kicker to this whole story is 3 days after we were told no permit had been applied for, the septic folks show up and had a permit to add more fill line to the existing system.

Unbelievably signed by the inspector that advised us, the builder, bill mallrd and the septic installer, irwin jones that we had a failing system...!

Totally unbelieveable! Any advice is appreciated... Several other repairs which are all documented are also in need.

Oh yeah, i almost forgot - our kids and dog have been waiting for a year to use the back yard & cannot do to the pathetic construction of our home & septic.

We too are beginning to have sink holes, our dog fell in the georgia clay sink hole... Thank god it was not one of our kids!

What makes it all so tough is the real estate ladies. Ursula hester and lavonne a.K.A.

The cousins with prudential realty in henry county georgia sold the home, ursulas husband jimmy hester finances the builder, bill mallard & they are a gang of bad business!
