Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

My father had wanted some of their Super Growing Flowering Shade Trees.

I had sent in the order with a check. GardnersChoice had advertised in the local paper and so I ordered the the trees. To my surprised I recieved the endorsed check and no trees.

The only way to contact them was to write to them. I noticed they had a web address so I decided to contact them this way. Found out that I'm not the only one they ripped-off.

I feel that this company needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Senior Citizens are wanting their product because of the reasonably priced products and in return are not getting anything for the money.

GardnersChoice is committing theft by deception and they are getting away with it.

I hope their is something we all can do.
