Here's another Richard Fuller Homes story. Valerie F. Jones of Fuller Homes evens lies in writing:
1) They had finally (supposedly) fixed my slider fixed in my master bedroom. I wrote them a letter thanking them. It now slid back and forth, the way sliders are supposed to. Hence the letter thanking them. Two days later it started to rain. It not only rained outside, it rained inside as well. I called about this and they said they would send someone out to look at it. They did, and that is exactly what the three people they sent out did LOOKED AT IT! They have never made any other attempt to resolve this. I even called again, they told me to call Bobby Percifield. I did, of course I got his voice mail and he never got back to me. I had my roommate call while he was visiting, Valerie Jones actually yelled at him. Telling him that he had to fill out a form that they have no record of problems with the slider. (Funny, considering she responded to the complaint I filed with the Attorney General).
To this day the window still leaks when it rains and now it is a pain in the butt to get it to lock. Oh Valerie, if I am making this up feel free to come and lock the door without effort. I will even save you a glass of water, I am sure it will rain soon.
2) Here is another one. I have a stove in my kitchen, the measurements are pretty standard: Width 30-3/4 Height 36-7/16 Depth 26-5/16. Yet when placing it they had to put an extra piece of counter top behind it.
Valeries response to the Attorney Generals office was at closing they had selected a stove that is not our standard (this is true), There for it sits differently in cabinets. (This is bullshit). The reason the stove sits differently is because they have yet to figure out how to install a gas line!
Anyway to sum it up in a nutshell! Valerie Jones will lie to you even when you have numerous documents concerning (dated) about repeated problems. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE! Save yourself a headache.
