Terminix
Ripoff advised i needed to tent my house for termites which and after checking with two other major companies they advised was unnecessary

A large decorative eve had fallen off my home

I was advised by my gardiner i had termites in the eve
I contacted terminix they came out the same day and told me i had dry rot termites and i needed to tent my home
The representative never came inside my home to inspect anything only took the measurements of the house fromt the outside

He wrote up a contract which i signed and scheduled the tenting for the following week

I then contacted two other major companies who both stated i only had to treat the area where the eve had fallen off and the rest of my home was in excellent condition

I contacted terminix and cancelled the tenting which was to take place the following day and they just cancelled it without any rebuttal
