This so called pool builder has no experience except for having a pool built in his own backyard (by someone else). He has failed to return any calls from the start the only time I saw him was when he came by to collect the $20,000 dollars he stole from me. Then he failed to pay the sub contractors for the work they did on my pool.
Dave Betts (the owner of this ripoff organization) Started my pool, dug the hole, put in the steel, plumbing lines, and gunite and has disappeared for months. The four subs he hired, and did not pay, placed liens on my property and forced me to shell out an addtional $15,000.00 or they could take my home thourgh the courts.
I ended up going to court to cancell the contract, hire another pool company to finish the job at almost 3 times the original quote, from stone ripoffcreek and ended up with no warranty.
