I requested an estimate for replacement of my roof. A representitive of the company came out, but did not complete the estimate due to snow on the roof. He said he would return to complete the estimate within a week. He never returned. I made numerous calls to the company, and the customer service rep each time told me a manager would call me back. None ever did. I emailed the representitive who came to my house... No answer. If they did not want the job, they could at least have the courtesy to let me know. If I had them do the roof, and developed a leak, would they ignore my calls too? A very rude company that gives lip service buit bad customer service.
