We were so happy, March 17, the day we signed our contract with Admiral Enterprises. Dean, the salesman, seemed wonderful. The owner Craig was so nice to us while at the shop. The pool should be done by the start of the pool season Dean said. We thought that was Memorial Day. Memorial Day came and went they had not even broken ground. The summer was slipping by us fast. Finally, in mid June they broke ground. Early July there was water surrounded by a major construction site to include ditches and rebar. According to the service manager/co-owner when they said it would be finished that meant have water in it. She even suggested that we just put some indoor/outdoor carpet over the dirt. Days even weeks past when we did not see any workers. There our water sat getting cloudy and green. We spoke to the owners many times trying to get them to finish the pool. All we wanted was the pool done so that we could use it. We were so tired of explaining to our small children why the pool guys wouldn't finish the pool why they couldn't use the new pool. Why the water wasn't safe. The pool was not safe to use until the end of August and even then it was not completely finished. The pool had to be closed in September due to the cool weather. The project failed county inspections so many times we were recently sent an additional bill from the county because they had to come to our house so often. I do not recommend this company. Please don't be fooled by there kindness. If you do use them get everything in writing and read the contract very thoroughly, maybe even have a lawyer look at it. Don't believe the promises Dean makes.
