After waiting about 2 months to receive my order, I tried calling and sending emails to cancel it. When it finally arrived, the vacuum wasn't as powerfull as advertised. My 20 year old vacuum worked much better. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to contact a rep about returning the product, I finally got through and was told to send it to the Commerce, CA address. It was received on 12/23/05, it is now 2/06/06 and I still have not gotten a refund. I finally got through to someone today, she put me on hold to 'check the status of the refund', after a few seconds the call was disconnected! Talk about a ripoff! This cost me $216.85. My next step will be to contact the BBB.
