I paid for a vaccuum with rush delivery on 10-30-05. I have e-mailed them on several occasions with the same response - so one will contact me. I do not get any response. I've called them hours at a time. Their phone system will put you on hold, then hang up on you after 45 min. They also give a second line but it is another dead end. You cannot reach them and they do not respond.
This is crazy. I want my money back, and have no where to turn.
