Bradenton Falls Enterprises fraudulently set up an account with my company using fraudulant participant references.

He purchased and accepted and received delivery of over
$15,000 dollars of merchandise. He uses the Pak Mail corporation as instrument to receive his "stolen" merchandise.

His phone system is the first tipoff after you have been
trying to contact him. All extensions, voicemails, and departments lead only to him.
