Key corporate employees continue to leave Fuller Homes! I have been told that Mark Anderson the Warranty Dept. Supervisor was let go at Fuller Homes! That's right folkes the only person that cared enough about to his job and doing the customers right by honering their warranty claims has been let go!
It seems Mr. Richard Fuller and his clown sister Valerie Fuller who now runs the Texas operations can't stand to have an honest, fair, and hard working employee on their payroll. They were obviously upset that Mark Anderson was actually satisfying customers and honering their warranty claims.By firing him they maintain their "stick it to the customers after they close" attitude.
I also believe they were unable to pay him any longer. The 10th of each month is one of their pay dates and the fact that they have only closed about 10 houses so far this year is surely making Mr. Fuller dig deeper into his shallow pockets! So once again a quality employee has been let go to make room for what is sure to be another Fuller family reject to be put in his place and thus start screwing the customers again with no warranty service and false promises.
I was also made aware that they fired Kay Crow the sales lady from the Castle Hills subdivision in Burleson, Texas. She was a below quality sales person at best who relied totally on her draw since Fuller was not selling houses. If the "sold" signs in that neighborhood are accurate she had two 3000 sq. Ft. Homes sold at a price of around $300,000 which adds up to about $6,000 dollars commission on each house for a total commission of $12,000.
If your a shady builder with shallow pockets and a "screw the employees and customers" attitude how do you get out of paying that kind of commission? Well you let them go. That's right they fired Kay Crow also. I hope anyone reading this will see what kind of people these clowns are
That leaves Richard Fullers sister Valerie Fuller as President (she's the one who drove Oklahoma into bankruptcy), Kay Fisher as Sales Manager (she's the one whose husband is best friends with Richard Fuller), and Stacy Bennett (the one who was sleeping with the former President of the company) as the only people at corporate. What a leadership team! Makes me want to puke!
I have additional information that another builder will be leaving them soon. He is the last quality builder they have and has finally realized what these 4 people are (Val, Kay, Stacy, Richard) Liars, thieves, cheats, and scumbags who don't deserve to be building houses we trust our lives and hard earned money too.
I hope to continue to bring the public true and of course opinionated reports on this company and the way they treat their employees, trades, and customers.
Please note that an ex-employee who for now is the person doing their grade work is still owed 3 months invoices from this company. Also, the two houses in Castle Hills that have been sitting for almost 2 months with the brick in the front yard but not put on the house... That's because they still haven't paid their bricker.
I hope you will consider a respectable builder with loyal, decicated employees and a strong customer following as your next builder. Not these scam artists. Please refer to all reports on Richard Fuller Homes on this site as well as at HADD.com. Also, please check with the Tarrant County Better Business Bureau for they have finally acknowledged and given this company a unsatisfactory rating. Please check with the State of Texas Attorney Generals Office Consumer Complaint Division for other negative ratings. Also, please note that the Certified Master Builder Association has denied this builder membership as well as the North Texas Homebuilders Association because of their numerous complaints and unsettled disputes and warranty claims.
