This is a warning to anyone foolish enough to contract Mountain View Sunrooms to build a sunroom onto your home.
How the sunroom sat for two months...
They started the work in April, "finished" in November! It sat with a blue tarp over it for two months. The acrylic warped, nothing was plumb or square or level on their first two attempts at construction.
They sold us "double rafters" for the snow load that (after research) are absolutely unnecessary&just to increase their profit at our expense.
This is the "finish" trim by mountain view sunroom's original contractor?
The owner - Kyle Anderson - tried to pawn off this scratched acrylic as "finish."
Interior "finish trim!"
Typical "finish trim!"
More highly-skilled trim work by mountain view sunrooms.
Acrylic buckling.
View of wavy acrylic, from above.
Out of plumb.
The salesman lied to us; the owner repeatedly lied to us; their acrylic manufacturer lied several times. The sunroom still is leaking when it rains or snows! It's too hot in the summer (for the short time we actually had it "completed") and it is too cold in the Montana winter.
The acrylic scratches, I have had to trim with wood over their jagged metal "finish" work. Don't make my mistakes, neighbors!
