This realty company was used as our management for a property we own. We are a military family that was sent overseas and had to trust someone else to rent our home. This company lied and said items were fixed that were never fixed. We had a renter that bounced a check and IDC never tried to help recoup this but charged us for the bounced check. We also had another family destroy some of the home and IDC never tried to recoup this either.
We can't do anything being overseas and now stationed elsewhere in the states. They let our home sit empty for several months without advertising and did not let us know about it. We are now trying to get a hold of them to confront them but they will not return our calls. We have been trying for several months now.
