Bought two vaccums on HSN (home Shopping Network) ;both broke after 1st use! HSN wanted no part of me, told me to call manufacturers. Did so and learned I could NOT receive rebate but after bearing the freight charge back to N.Y. ;they would consider replacing them. After insisting with a supervisor that they pay the return shipping fee, he said he'd have UPS call me to let me know when they'd pick them up. That was two weeks ago. Have not heard anything! Help?
