He built my home and three others beside me, and will not back his work. 3 of the 4 have bad water problems underneath to the point of causing "buckling" in the floors.
I did submit a complaint to my state department of labor, licensing and regulation. Upon investigation they found he built all 4 of these without a license and was in the process of building others.
He did not follow many building codes. He even threw trash and scrap wood up against the foundation of the house and buried it to save on the cost of a dumpster.
He still continues to build houses.
