I ordered the item in good faith over the internet. Unlike other secure web transactions, I received no confirmation invoice. A window popped up claiming an error had been made. I decided not to regenerate the order.
2 weeks later, charges were assessed on my card. I became suspicious, began doing research and found the parent company here in NYC. I contacted them and was advised my order would arrive by early November. I never received the merchandise so called corporate again and was advised the order still has not shipped. They have all my information in their sysstem.
I have requested, via email and phone conversation, escalation to a supervisor for resolution. These requests are ignored. Despite a paper trail from their email autoresponder, my direct requests for paper confirmation have been ignored.
I am giving them one more chance to do business in good faith, send me confirmation and replace the funds withdrawn from my account. I expect I will file a police report early next week.
