I ordered a Singer Lazer Storm over 2 months ago. I have made several phone calls and cannot get a straight answer as to when I will receive my 2 vacuums and free steamer.
Each time I spoke with a customer service representative on the phone he/she was rude and could not answer my questions.
When I sent emails to the company they were sent back as not a valid address.
I finally got a supervisor on the phone on Wedesday of this week. She assured me that she would send my order on Friday and would email me immediately when it was mailed with a confirmation number. I still have not received it.
When I went back on the site to get the number yet again to find out what was going on with my order, I stumbled accross this site and was appalled at how many complaints have been sent on this company Igia. I found in one complaint a number to call so I called it and spoke with someone in New York. She still could not answer when I would receive my vacuum. I am in Reno, Nevada and the warehouse is in Los Angeles, California. She cannot make a determination as to when I will recieve? Instead she gave me a number that led me back to the same customer service line I have had problems with all along.
I have been without a vacuum for over 2 months and have had to borrow one from my family to keep my house clean. I ordered the vaccum because Singer has always been a good household name and I was willing to wait. However, this is ridiculous. I am with the rest of these disgruntled people. I want answers or I will file a suit as well and a complaing with the Better Business Bureau.
