Standard deck which comes with house was done with poor material and craftsmanship. Both decks, after 6 months, showed rusty nails and cracked or chipped wood, making it very unsafe.
Deck shows within warranty, but have had no assistance from company in explaining why work would not be done. I would never have purchased a home from this company had I known I would have this type of experience.
I have been in my home less than 8 months and it's falling apart with no sign of DR Horton being concerned.
