Ripoff took money didn't do work ran no return calls filed BBB complaint

Plumber and rip off artist arrived to fix my basement sump pump.

He asked for money up front to purchase the part after he disconnected "defective" pump. Both persons left with the money and never returned.

The company All Phase Plumbing will not return any of my calls and every call goes straight to voicemail.

Daron & Kenneth Dunlop are Scam artists!!!
