I too had many difficulties with Cybersonic. It was going on a year that I had been tring to get things settled when I happened across this website. An earlier posting gave a name and number of someone new to call - 310-834-3525 ext. 233 Katie (she has been told about this website and knows that her name is being used as a contact point)- I had to talk to her only once and within the 7-10 days promised, the money was credited to my credit card. I highly recomend that everyone call and speak to her about your Cybersonic problems. Please be nice to her, the people coming after you will no doubt need her assistance as well and we don't want her to quit because of the crap everyone else has given us!
