Cybersonic is supposed to automatically send brush replacements every 3 months for a $4.65 charge. The first time i was supposed to receive them, i had to email customer service to find out why they had not sent them. Shortly after, my credit card was charged but the brushes did not come. I emailed again and was told there was a delay and eventually i did receive them. Now, i should be receiving a 2nd and 3rd replacement shipment and i have received nothing. There is no longer any way to contact customer service through the cybersonic website and when i call customer service, i get a recording stating either the circuits are busy and try again later, or a recording stating the best times to call are between 6-8 am and 4-7 pm pst which i have done and still get no answer, but a recording.
