Pro Jet Power Equipment failed to ship the equipment $1400.00 worth when promised and has sense give me a list of excuses and failed to credit my charge card account when I requested the order be cancelled. I have not been able to contact them for serveral days on the 1-800-437-4462, it has been busy during their business hour also after and before hours - like they are leaving the phone off hook.
Could not get an answer on their local phone number, it goes to an answering machine which gives the message that the mail box is full. I really wanted the machine and contacted them on the date of each of their follow-up promises (5 different dates). They never contacted me to relate a problem or call back even after saying they would. I don't believe this is a company you want to do buisness with, they are not a member of the BBB nor Chamber of Commerce.
