Ripoff No delivery, No answer to inquiries on phone or internet

I ordered flooring and delivery for the price of $4,802.42 on January 13th.

After they received my money, they will not answer the phone or e-mails, except for one e-mail from [email protected] which said all container cargo from overseas had been delayed.

A girl answered the phone once or twice to say no one was available to talk to me, but now, there is nothing.
