Flooring they sent looked like it belonged in a Garage Sale. Several boxes had obvious damage one damaged very badly. Would have laughed and walked out of a regular store if someone tried to sell me this stuff. Company refused to do anything unless I accepted. Sales Rep never once bothered to tell me the charges I would face if I didn't. Bottom line is I have nothing and they kept 1/3 of my money.
