USIC has been sitting in the parking area for hours, sometimes never
getting out of trucks, trying to incite residents by backing into spaces
next to their home, painting and repainting lawns without any notice or
permission, stomping on grass flagging and reflagging over and over again.
I'm told that this is for a Fiber Optic project (way after the fact and not from the workers or the HOA). They'll come in at 7:20 am and sit until 12, Saturdays included, multiple trucks multiple drivers. My lawn front and back, including straw, was painted three times and flagged four. Contacted customer service manager on 12/27, activity started back on 12/28. It's harassment and fraud. Yet to find out who they are working for. Contacted the city. One company working on a project like this says it's not them, unfortunately, after I received the voice mail from them one of THEIR contractor trucks circled my complex -- just checking things out? I would try to nip this in the bud. The way USIC has "occupied" the parking area and made the complex (just on one side) look "vandalized" is unbelievable.
