We purchased an upgraded microwave from the Brick, as they had the appliance contract for the condo we were purchasing. When we arrived, it was there, but we were informed by the property management that it was going to be replaced and in a few days it was... We never knew why it was replaced. The replacement was installed with out a grill or turntable, making it unusable.in advising The Brick customer service of this, we requested parts be made available at the store and we would pick up, but this was brushed off, so we indicated that they be sent to site and the property manager be requested for entry. The driver arrived with the parts but only spoke to a receptionist, who sent the driver away thinking the replacement was already installed. The receptionist is not the property manager but he wasn't requested by driver to confirm.
Next we were told, that the parts are on backorder and would be available in a few days. That was Dec 20 and we have not had a response to our update requests of Dec 30 and 31.in other words, we cannot use the machine and have no idea when we will be able to as customer service rep and mgr have not responded to our requests. It is now, Jan07.
The courtesy of a reply would be appreciated. The resolution to a situation we did not create would seem timely. An apology for the inconvenience to us would be warranted.
