My story is exactly like all the others who have posted on this site. They had great customer service prior to me sending them my money.
They promised a delivery date stating the flooring I wanted was available for immediate shipment. Well that was 6 months ago.
You all know the rest - lies lies and more lies. They hang up on me when I call, the person who sold me the flooring will never speak to me, they send me rediculous e-mails, they cobstantly change the ship date and the list goes on.
I have filed complaints with BBB's and AHF responds with more lies and the BBB accepts their lies. I contacted NHWFA and they defend them. Why has this company been allowed to do this to consumers.
I will not agree to sign their document allowing them to retain 1/3 of my money. They have caused me a great financial and emontional hardship and no one seems to be able to stop them.
I am sorry for all of you who have shared this same experience.
I could go on and on about this situation but it would just be a reapeat of what all of you have stated. Is there something we all can do to get our money back and put this nightmare behind us? One more thing; the rebuttals I have read from the company to a few of your postings state you have recieved your flooring. I find that very difficult to believe. I am sure it is just more lies. Is there anyone who can help?
