Two weeks ago, I purchased a Black and Decker 18 Volt Cordless Trimmer/Hedger at Lowes at 1770 West 133rd Street, KCMO 64145 that was assembled with the handle in the opposite direction of the trimmer head, so it was impossible to use. When I called to inquire about my problem with the trimmer, I was dismissed. I was told rather coldly to just bring it back to the store. The representative sounded as if he didn't want to be bothered and there wasn't any apology offered. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was abruptly told to just bring the trimmer / hedger back to the store location.
