We were considering purchasing new carpet. Chaz the salesman came by our home on Saturday 11/6 to measure. I completed a credit application to Mohawk. On Monday 11/8 Chaz phoned and said he had secured credit at Mohawk and CitiFinancial.
I told him to order the carpet. I spoke with my mother she said to cancel the order. We cancelled the order.
I received a statement from Citifinancial November 22, showing a $3000 charge from Arlington Carpet One.
My mother took the statement to Arlington Carpet One on Monday, Novmeber 29, and told them they needed to remove the charges. They assured her they would take care of it.
December, received CitiFinancial Statement, charges still remain. Arlington Carpet One will not return my phone calls. CitiFinancial is investigating.
January, received CitiFinancal Statement, charges still remain. Phoned CitiFinancial, they said Arlington Carpet One is not responding to their requests.
