My 2 year old washer began to leak in May. I contacted Sears and purchased a service agreement on 5/31, they sent out a man that smelled of bo at 8 in the morning. He proceeded to blame me for a torn boot. He ordered the part advising of a return time however if the part came in early I could call and get him there earlier. The part came, I called and was told no he could not come earlier. Finally the part is put in, however it did not look the same. About 4 weeks later my machine is leaking, I call and the representative blames me again. I waited and called again about a week later, they sent out the same stinky repairman. He was there this morning apparently washing socks out of bag causes your machine to leak. He redid the boot and now it looks right. Thisis the worst service ever, go elsewhere do not have Sears Repair.
