Statewide stinks!!! The last person who was happy must be associated with them in some way. This has been the most awful experience of my life!!! The house took almost a year to complete. We've been in the house since May and everything still isn't fixed. We moved in with no heat upstairs and a fireplace that isn't vented. When they have showed up to do work, they usually caused further damage. My walls look like a five year old fixed them. I have heat, but my fireplace still doesn't work.
They sent a carpentar to work on a gas fireplace&of course it doesn't work!!! I had to listen to them fixing the fireplace and saying things like: "F - that piece, I don't know what it's for, let's just cut this and get it over with." There is not one professional among them. We have been playing cat and mouse with them for seven months since we've moved in.
Since we first bought the house they have never actually called us or followed up with us on their own for any reason except to ask for money. To top it all off, they had the nerve to send me a bill a month ago claiming that we still owe them money, which we absolutely do not. They are shameless and should have their license taken away.
