I purchased a new 2011 Nissan Murano Crosscabriolet in September. The car was new but had been on the dealer lot for several months. When we purchased the car we pointed out to the dealer several issues with the vehicles paint (Chips, scratches, scuffs) and the very dirty interior. Since this was a new car we wanted these items corrected like new. Since September, the vehicle has been to the dealer 3 times and they have not repaired all of the problems with the paint.in fact there are now scratches and scuffs that were not there when we purchased the car. Greg in the boddy shop told me that I parked under a tree and a bird crapped on the car. I park in my garage and have not parked under trees or power lines. Anyway, the dealership has not made the car look like new and my wife and I feel like we are driving a used car or rental car because of all the blemishes with the paint and the interior issues. I have even talked to owner of the dealership (Thad) and he assured me this past week they would fix the car correctly. I picked up the car on 4/3 and was not happy. They had not fixed the car as promised and the interior had this spray coating all over that was in some spots dripping. They cover everything with this spray application including the seat belt straps. What a mess! I would not recommend Tom Naquin to anyone, friend or foe! There service is poor and the promises are empty. Buyer beware.
