I purchased my Equinox brand new, ordered from the dealership. My family has always trusted GM vehicles. Shortly after purchase, my ceiling lining began falling down. Shortly as in days, not weeks. Next my front passengers seatbelt and drivers side rear seatbelt began locking up. We couldnt uxe them or we could get my son buckled in but it wouldonly get tighter and tighter, nearly choking him.
Finally this past month our air conditioner went out, for the second time! We took it in and found out our air conditioner compressor went dead as well as our fuel pump. The car is two years old, in Indiana and doing mostly highway driving. We paid over 1000 dollars to fix it. I contacted GM customer support, they reviewed the claim and said they could not help us because we had already paid! I cant believe my new car has had more trouble and required more repairs than my husbands 1996 ford which we have had for 5 years! Unbelievable and unacceptable! Help!
