The first major online order I ever placed was for a new HP computer. It blew away anything I had before. Today, I look at the old and failing machine... And I know it only needs a graphics card. I'll take it out of the one of the last HPs I ordered.
I bought an hp off the shelf for over $1200 thinking. If I buy the most expenssive it should be okay... Less than a year the whole system failed. I bought a spec build system from HP only to find the card slots didn't work EVER. And a few months later my expensive custom built machine not only arrived faulty... The hard drive failed. Great. They did send someone to fix it. Six months out of waranty. It failed again.
Looking at my sad old first machine from HP, I pushed asided all that told me to build my own. Get it cheaper here etc... And again went with HP. I would like to tell you how my new machine arrived, however... After careful sets on my part... They seem to have sent it to the address I used four years ago.
Oh did I mention I suggested a customer loyalty progam to them? I didn't mean a loyal customer sends a $1500 machine to a stranger.
