2nd keurig to break. The 1st one they offered to replace it for a dicounted price. I told them I could get it cheaper. Same coffe model and I did. This one is broken again. Pump stops pumping. No clogs. Cleaned monthly. No more keurigs for us. They last about 15 months. Only made about. 4 cups per day. So it was not over used. Don't trust the company. They do not stand up to their product. They will tell you that you should have used distilled water and clean more often
