For fear of retaliation, I am keeping this simple. We contacted this company to build a deck on our new house. Long story short, they misrepresented what they were going to build, there was a very difficult language barrier to get past w / one of the owners, they said it would take one week to complete and it took almost a full month, icnluding them coming back to redo their errors, and now we found out they never got the permits from the township to build the deck. We now have to pay out of pocket to get the appropriate permits. On top of all of this, the way I was treated was astounding. I was directly blamed for the "bad feelings" between us and the contractors and was told that I would get appropriate paperwork for getting the permits "when he felt like giving it to me".
This is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone. We love our deck, but having to deal with the owners/builders has ruined any joy we get from the deck. They were unprofessional and rude.
