Had a water trickle prior to the water-meter (in the shutoff) in the home. This meant cash that Aqua was dropping. The trickle began to worsen and so I called a plumber. He'd an issue closing off the water in the control. He'd me contact Aqua to obtain anyone to assist. After I named I had beennot informed that there will be a cost. Additionally the person that came from Aqua never explained of a cost. Then when I noticed a $50 cost for switching the water on, I had been mad. I named Aqua & talked to some customer support individual & a boss. They did not care & the boss was only a little rude. I delivered a notice directly into Aqua. They never responded. Additionally submitted a using the PUC. I named nowadays (12/12) and also the customer support person stated I've to pay for the $50 cost. I want I really could bill someone following the reality & not let them know upfront.
