I purchased a Mitsubishi 73" DLP about 4 years ago. My mother purchased a 65", My father in law purchased a 65", and I have a friend who also has a 73". All four televisions are experiencing what I've come to know as "white death". White spots originating on the screen and continuing to multiply. After some research, I have found out that they were putting in faulty micromirror chips in these units. Not to say that it was done intentionally, but its obvious that they are fully aware of it now. There should have been some kind of recall issued on this problem and this problem should be resolved at the expense of the manufacturer. There are thousands of people effected by this. Why should the responsibility be placed on the backs of the consumers? I would like to know if maybe there is some kind of recall that I'm not finding
