My family took our vehicle for an oil leak & they wanted to charge us $200 to fix it. The truck comes out & it still has an oil leak. We talked to the supervisor & manager, both gaves us crap about why the leak was still there & now they have to change other parts on it & of course they want to charge some more money. I talked to the district manager when I called to complain, I also asked for a refund on what they had done to it the first time because it didnt come out fixed or anything. He assured me that if I went there the next day they would give my money. Well I went & they made up a story on how they have to go step by step on trying to figure out where the leak was coming from (of course each time they're going to charge me)...& that they were not giving me back my money. They called the district manager from there phone, they spoke to him, then I spoke to him & he told me that they told him there was no leak & that he never said I was getting a refund. I could not believe that this establishment had employees who lie to their customers & just want to find a way to take peoples money. I stepped out of there store and I will not be coming back.
