I have owned this cargo carrier for approximately 3 to 6 months and the paint on the top of the carrier is bubbling up and was obviously defective from the factory. Took it back to the Sears Automotive in Moorestown NJ (who told me to bring it back to them to look at) and they agreed it was defective but said they could not offer any exchange without the receipt? Needless to say I am very angry at this and asked why he didn't tell me that on the phone so I didn't waste my time! If this is truly Sears policy I will never purchase another item from them for any reason and I have purchased many items from them over the years!
