My daughter and I both have majic jack and neither her nor my phone rings when a call comes in. If I am sitting on the computer I see it come in and it leaves a notice of missed call, but I have had a lot of compalints from friend and family I never answer the phone.in addition the receiving volume is very very low. I have my volume turned up all the way but can barely here the caller.
Please let me know if there is something different in your service as my daughter said her phone use to ring.
