XBOX broke 5TH TIME

I just got off the phone with a supervisor named Ken who works for microsoft for the repair department. I talked to 1 employee who was very interested in a permanent fix to why my system has needed repair for the 5th time in 6 years. He said someone would call me to make sure I get a replacement since I bought mine on day 1 and every year or 2 have had an issue since. Anyway had to call back to a woman who said I needed to purchase another warranty eventhough my system has been defective since I bought it. My PS3 in 5 years... Never needed service and sits in the same room powered by the same outlet. Anyway she gives me Ken who said the new systems are better and then said my system getting a free repair after 6 years was pretty good. (only because I paid for a repair a year ago which cost 109 bucks since it was after there 3 year warranty extension, then broke last December and now the cord went yesterday) So now I am waiting for the 6th time it may need repair since I have a defective product and Ken basically hung up on me since I was disappointed he would do nothing for me which the 1st employee I talked to said something should be done for me since this keeps happening. Buyers beware of the 360. Poor service with scams to make you purchase more and more warranties in order to cover a product they cannot fix permanently.
