Need a 5.00 credit

This morning I performed zynga slingo. I needed more balls to complete the overall game and so I purchased $5.00 value and received no-balls. His transactionn went thru my lender Wells Fargo this pm. I named earlier and spoke with a one on fb and all she desired to do was market me safety solution.

Please email me and I would like to understand whether I've to-go thru all of the difficulty of cacelling my card and obtaining a fresh one so as t understand this credit.
