Since Aug. I have been calling tech support, today is Nov 27 and the problems have not been solved. The problems I've had 1. Phone is dead 2. Cannot receive in comming calls 3. Poor sound could not understand person speaking or they did not understand me. I would like to cancel MJ and get refunded for whatever amount I have paid for any future service
