What a relief to find someone who is so helpful and responsive! My phone call was returned within a matter of hours and Ron, the Digital Home Doctor, showed up on my doorstep the very next day. He was able to grasp my computer problems right away and fix them quickly. And his charges were super reasonable compared to what I was told the Geek Squad and local computer shops would charge.
