I sent a complaint thru Apple that I paid $19.99 for a 1 year subscription that I can't open
Because it is freezes. You would think that the company would fix this problem after receiving complaints from their customers but they haven't even attempted to fix it. I requested a refund if this issue is not resolved but have not even received a response. I want my money back I don't want this subscription any more. Magazines like this just want your money notto resolve any problems!!!
