I have been a Chiropractor for 25 years and have used their software for about 6 of those years and I have had a terrible experience with this company. The client services department is the only redeeming quality this company might have. Each of the girls that I have spoken to to help resolve my issue, though they did not have the ability to (it was a technical support thing) were extremely caring and personable. There is a woman in accounting that has such a thick accent that you can hardly understand what she's saying. There was a time fairly recently that I needed to change my credit card information and we ended the call, or so she thought. Before she had even hung up the phone she had started screaming at someone, one of her employees maybe? Incredibly unprofessional and just bad form.
A few months back they charged me nearly $100.00 just to change my address. They say it's a "licensing" issue and make it sound like a complex ordeal with the technical end of the software, but in reality all they do is go into the account information, change the address, and tell you to update your license online. What a joke! Biggest waste of my money yet.
