Majic Jack is over rated. The connection is horrible and the service is even worst. I have been trying to resolve an issue for over 1 month and all the agents keep sending me in circles without addressing the real issue which is their fault. They had a promotion but rejected credit cards when you tried to take advantage of the promotion. Now that the price has increase the site now accepts the card but does not allow you to renew. All in an attempt to force you to buys a new jack. They keep promising to e-mail me solutions but have not. The Majic jack also gets faulty after a a while and its too much hassle to get it replaced. They are not customer focused, they are dishonest and I don't recommend them. Skype give me a far better quality call and service than Majic Jack. Save yourself the stress
