I bought an Ipad 2 via a Verizon Wireless approved vendor in Newark, Iowa, on Oct. 11. At that time of buy I paid $150 for insurance about the Ipad through International Guarantee Team.

Someday the latter section of Novemeber the Ipad was taken from my automobile. After collecting all the required files and processing a police statement, I had been ready to document a state through Worldwide Guarantee Team, on Dec. 15. I had been necessary to publish one more $150 for alternative of the stolen Ipad. At this time Worldwide Guarantee Team today has $300 of my income.

I had been informed on Dec. 15, that I really could anticipate my alternative in 7 to 10 business days. A couple of weeks later, after I still hadn't obtained my alternative, I named and was informed the Ipad was on back-order and that I must provide them with another 7 to 10 business days. I've named twice per week since early Jan and obtain exactly the same reaction "I ought to be prepared to obtain my alternative in 7 to 10 business days, it's on back-order."

Recently, I approached the Apple Company, and described the problem.
